Continuing for the 2025 Season, all Members receive 15-30% off in-stadium food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases at physical concession stands and 15% off merchandise at The Equipment Room.

Read below to learn more about how to access your gameday savings through your Rams Pass in the Rams mobile app.

Please note, the Rams Pass is different than your gameday tickets and is replacing the old Member ID card previously used for the merchandise discount. Only your Rams Pass is eligible for discount redemption and screenshots will not be accepted.

Accessing Your Rams Pass for Discount

Your discount is only available through your Rams Pass in the Rams mobile app. Once the Rams App is downloaded to your mobile device, please log in to your Season Ticket Account in the app by clicking on the TICKET icon in the top right. Then follow the below steps to access your discount pass:

-Tap the icon of three horizontal lines with the word "More" (iOS) or "Menu" (Android) under them in the bottom right corner.

-Tap the Rams Pass icon towards the top middle of the screen to display your Rams Pass.

If your Rams Pass does not display, sign out of Ticketmaster using the ticket button on the top right corner of the app and then sign back in.

Redeeming Your Discount

To receive your discount on gameday, please have your Rams Pass ready when placing your order:

-At checkout, notify the cashier before paying for your items.

-After all items have been added to your order, present your digital Rams Pass to the cashier and have it scanned. Note, any additional items added to your order will require you to re-scan your Rams Pass in order to receive your discount on the new items.

Why don’t I see the Rams Pass icon in the Rams App?

Please ensure your Rams App is updated with the latest version, as well as updating your phone's operating system. Once updated, please log out and log back in and the Rams Pass icon should appear. If you are still encountering challenges, please contact your Service Representative for further assistance.

Need assistance on gameday? Our phones are open at 818-338-0011 beginning five (5) hours prior to kickoff through the beginning of halftime. To avoid delays in service to you and other guests, please access your Rams Pass or call us for assistance prior to entering concession line queues.

Why am I not able to select, or “tap”, the Rams Pass icon?

Please ensure your phone's operating system is up to date, along with updating to the latest version of the Rams App. Once updated, please tap the TICKET icon in the top right of the app, tap "Logout", and then log back in and the Rams Pass icon should appear.

If the Rams Pass icon still will not tap, ensure your Functional privacy settings are enabled. To do this, tap "More" (iOS) or "Menu" (Android) in the bottom right corner, scroll down and tap "Settings", scroll down and tap "Privacy Settings", scroll down and ensure "Functional" is enabled, and then select "Confirm My Choices".

Is my Rams Pass transferrable to my family, friends or guests?

Your Rams Pass is not transferrable and is only available by logging into your Season Ticket account through the Rams App.

I forgot to scan my Rams Pass, is there anything that can be done now?

Unfortunately, we are not able to retroactively apply discounts. We encourage you to review our "Step-by-step Guide" to ensure you have easy access to your Rams Pass for future purchases.

The discount didn’t apply or wouldn’t work. Can anything be done?

While we cannot retroactively issue discounts, please contact your service representative to provide feedback on the issue you faced and purchase location so that we can try to fix this problem in the future.

Are there any restrictions and exclusions that apply to my discount?

Yes, some restrictions and exclusions may apply.

Concession discounts are generally valid on food and non-alcoholic beverages at physical locations. They DO NOT APPLY on purchases made through Uber Eats, in Suites, from roaming vendors, or at grab-and-go markets.

For merchandise discounts, they are only valid at the Equipment Room at the SoFi Stadium. They DO NOT APPLY markdown or clearance items.
